How do I book an appointment?

New clients are asked to complete our Contact Us form first so we can review your pup’s needs and reserve the appropriate amount of time. We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

Existing pet parents may request appointments through our online booking form or by contacting us directly.

All appointments are confirmed after we review your pup’s size, coat, and requested service to ensure proper scheduling.

How far in advance should I book?

For regular grooms, 1–2 weeks is usually enough. For evenings, weekends, holidays, or multiple dogs, plan on 3–4 weeks ahead. Pet sitting and holiday appointments fill quickly.

Question 3

How long will my dog be at the spaw?

Accepted Answer

For a dog’s first three to four visits, appointments may take up to four (4) hours as we focus on building trust, comfort, and a positive grooming routine at your pup’s pace—so they feel safe, relaxed, and confident returning.

Desheds, heavily coated dogs, seniors, and anxious pups may require additional time. We’ll always provide an estimated pick-up time at drop-off.

Once your pup is established with us, most appointments take 2–3 hours, depending on service type, size, coat condition, temperament, and how they’re feeling that day.

Can I stay and watch while my dog is groomed?

No. Dogs behave very differently when their people are present, and it usually makes the process longer and more stressful. For their safety and ours, we work without guardians in the grooming area.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do not offer same-day appointments. All services are scheduled in advance to support our one-on-one, unrushed grooming experience.

We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours. Because every appointment is intentionally planned, new clients must be booked directly through us first.

Online booking is available only to existing clients who are already established in our system.
